Regular Meetings

Unless otherwise posted, Summit Public Schools Board meetings are held at Summit Tamalpais, 3020 Hilltop Mall Rd, San Pablo, CA 94806 in Contra Costa County.  All meetings are held in compliance with the Ralph A. Brown Act and utilize teleconference rules for remote participation. Two way teleconference access to the meetings is conducted via Zoom.  Public comment to the Board of Directors may be provided in person, remotely via teleconference, or via email to CABoardofDirectors@summitps.org.

Closed Session

All regular and special meetings are open to the public except those that are “closed sessions.”

  • California: under the Ralph M. Brown Act, Government Code 54950, these specific closed sessions may be scheduled for such things as student disciplinary actions, pending litigation, and threats of safety.
