Immigration Enforcement Advisory – California

California Assembly Bill No. 699 (2017) required the California Attorney General to develop model policies to ensure that public schools remain safe and accessible to all students regardless of immigration status. In alignment with AB 699 and the Attorney General’s current model policies, Summit Public Schools provides this information to support staff, students, and families in understanding their rights and responsibilities in situations involving immigration enforcement.
