Summit Public Schools Washington is committed to resolving concerns promptly, fairly, and respectfully. Many concerns can be addressed through direct communication, and several formal complaint procedures are available when additional review is needed.

Choosing the Right Complaint Procedure
General Complaint Procedure
The General Complaint Procedure applies to concerns related to the operation and administration of the charter school that are not covered by a more specific complaint process.
Concerns Not Covered by the General Complaint Procedure
Certain concerns must be addressed through separate, legally required procedures. If your concern falls into one of the categories below, please follow the applicable procedure to ensure timely and appropriate review:
